Home

My home means so much to me because it is where my family is. With them I have experienced more than I could have ever imagined. My family has given me comfort and love, taught me important life lessons, and have shared memories with me that will last a lifetime. My family has provided me with so much I feel comfortable in my home. My home is comfortable because my family loves me and it's cozy and warm. I feel comfortable in my home, however I know that not everyone has this feeling. I feel loved in my home because my family loves me a lot. I also feel this way because my family works hard every day to put food on the table and keep me entertained along with showing me how to get through rough times. I feel loved by my family, but I know that not everyone has parents or food, and I am very thankful that I do. Home is where I learn life lessons. At home I learn how to eat, cook, and have fun! My parents struggle to teach me things but in the end we always come through. I learned how to love, talk, and walk. I could not have gone through life without learning these things. Home is where I can be myself. Home is where I can be who I truly am. I can get angry, get sad, get happy and no one will judge me. I can say how I feel, and my family supports me no matter what. I can do something wrong, and they will love me no matter what. Home is where I build memories. Home is where some of the greatest things happen to me such as my first word “dog” or where I grew up. My memories are having fun with toys, eating ice cream, candy, or hotdogs for the first time. Sometimes I wish I could relive these memories, because they were so much fun! I wish that everyone could feel the way I do. This is what home means to me.
