Home

Many Canadians in Canada are homeless, and many Canadians take the concept of home for granted. I’m going to tell you why home is so important. From my personal experience I can only share with you what a home means to me, the love I feel, and the comfort I am given. A house can be destroyed, but you can always build a new house. No one can destroy a home. You can get a new place and make it your home, but you can never forget all the memories you had at your past home. Home is more than just the structure you live in, home holds some of your most cherished things. When you have a loved one near you, you feel unstoppable. You feel powerful and strong when you want to impress a loved one. Love is like titanium no matter what happens even if it is hit with a hurricane or split apart there will always be a little of it left. My home is a place that holds the greatest love I have ever felt. If a thunderstorm or even a blizzard hit I would stay warm and strong and not just get through it, but thrive. Nothing will stop me. What I mean by that is with my family I feel protected and powerful knowing there are many people around me that I can trust. This feeling of comfort allows me to do many things I normally can't. I hope you have all three of these things and more. I hope you now know the importance of a home.
