My shelter

No matter how big or small my home is, it's special to me in all ways. Home gives me freedom and lets me be myself. Home is where I sing, dance, sleep, play, and learn. The first place I will always choose to be in is home, it’s the place that makes me happy and gives me a big grin. I never get bored when I'm at home, I always have something fun to do. My home has positive spirits all around the place which makes me positive. I can dream of things that I love when I'm at home. I feel comfortable, safe, and protected at home. Home isn’t loud like a lot of children shouting or it’s not quiet like a pin drop of silence. It has the perfect sound of birds chirping and the wind peacefully flowing. At home, my family and I built up so many memories which were built up in our home. I feel like I'm blessed with having a home because whenever I see people on the road who are homeless and it makes me feel upset. If it rains or snows outside it would be really cold and since I'm in my home I wouldn’t feel the cold because I'm sheltered which I feel thankful about. Home is not just a regular thing to me, it is precious to me as a diamond. I think that everyone deserves to have a home to live happily with their family.
