The Meaning of Home

Home is where my brothers, dad, and mom are. Home is where my dad makes the best delicious meals for me like when I get to enjoy the great taste of Gỏi cuốn. Home is where joy and happiness is spread through the air of my comforting home. Home is when I get to sleep in my warm blanket on cold winter nights where I feel safe and comfortable. Home is where my mom’s uplifting grace lightens up the house and my dad’s playful personality that always makes me laugh. Home is where me and my brothers fight and argue but we will always love each other. Home is somewhere you always want to go to when you are scared or uncomfortable. Home makes you feel safe and trusted. When you get back home from school you feel great to be back and your parents greet you with the smell of the most delicious homemade foods that make you feel happy and welcomed. When it’s a holiday and all of your relatives and family all eat and talk with the sound of plates and utensils clanging. That is what I think the meaning of home is.
