The Meaning of Home

Did you know that in our community there are kids and parents on the streets that have no housing whatsoever and I think it's a problem. How can I turn a house into a home and there are some things that make my home important to me. Finally, we should all deserve a home. Now what is the meaning of home and how can we turn a house into a great home. These are some things that make a house into a home? There are a lot of things that can make a house into a home such as my personal belongings like my photos of me as a baby because those photos are special because they were when I was a baby and that was when I was the cutest version of me and I want to keep that forever until time ends. My other things were my very first boot and my very first toy. Having my emotions. When I have my sad times like my brother yelled at me and that is a sad time but that still made my home special. I also have my happy times like when I got good grades and was getting treats and just like my sad times that still made my home more special to me. Having my culture in my home. I feel at home when my culture is around me because my culture is in my roots and that makes me feel like it is my home. I also always decorate my home during a time to make my home represent my culture and that is what makes my home special. These are ways that we can make a house into a home. When you have a home it feels great because you have a place where you feel safe and it's very important to you. When I got home it felt great and it made my home very important to me, so a few things that make my home important to me. My bedroom is important to me because it has all of my photos and medals such as my medal for my piano or the photos of me being in a newspaper. My bedroom is also my safe space like a safe because I have all of my personal belongings like a necklace that my grandma gave me and I put that in my room knowing that it will be safe. My family makes my home important because they help me during my hard times and just like my bedroom they keep me extra safe from getting bullied or getting mde fun of. My pictures are an important part of my home because they keep my memories and they have a special meaning to everyone in my home. Some of my photos are photos of my grandparents that I never got to see and they are special things to my parents, especially my mom. Now that we have talked about my home and why it's important to me now you might think if I deserve a home they shouldn’t everyone else deserve a home and why, well I think that everyone deserve a home because everyone should always have a place where they can feel safe and comfortable. In addition, everyone should have their own private place where they can do their things without feeling uncomfortable. Another reason why everyone deserves a home is because everyone should have a roof over their head for protection from the outside weather. In addition everyone should be safe from natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis and tornadoes. Another reason why everyone shoul deserve a home is to create everlasting memories because I had a bunch of memories like my first time ever tying my shoes or me saying my very first word. This is why everyone deserves a home. this is what the meaning of home is and how we can turn a boring, old house into a great home. This is how we can turn a house into a safe home. Also this is why my home is important to me and why everyone in our community should deserve a home. In my point of view I am sad about the lack of housing in our community but you and I can help make the difference.
