Home

Home, home is safe like a lock on the door. Every time I feel the warmth of my mothers arms, that makes me feel at home. Home is fun like a clown at a circus. Home is welcoming. Home is where I feel like I can be me. The nice smell of vanilla, the comfy pillows and my cozy warm sheets and blankets feels like home. At night when I hear my parents kiss me goodnight, that's home. When I come home from a long day and I see my parents welcoming me in, that's home. The taste of my grandmother's cooking feels like home.
