Home is a Feeling
Home to me, means…
-somewhere I feel safe.
-a place where I am around people I love.
-my grandparents house.
-a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows after playing outside on a cold day.
-the rink.
-somewhere I can always be myself.
-watching Sports Central first thing in the morning with my dad.
-Newfoundland at Christmas.
-cuddling with my mom to watch a show or read a book.
-campfires at the beach.
-snuggling with my cat and dog.
-making myself a grilled cheese sandwich with pepperoni,
and making a grilled cheese sandwich with pepperoni for my brothers.
-a place where I listen to my favorite music without anyone caring what is it.
-reading a book at bedtime.
-when my family is all together.
Home is not a place, it’s a feeling.
