This Is My Home!

Happiness is all over my home. Hi, my name is Lily. My favourite colour is purple and my favourite flower is called the Tiger Lily. That's how I got my name. I was born in Alberta. I lived there for one year. When I turned one, I moved to Ontario and my Mom and Dad found a house for us to live in. It took two years to call it home. When I was four, I had to leave my loving home and go to a public school for the first time. I found friends. In my home is my cat, Bailey. My parents got her one year before I was born. In the summer of 2022 she sadly had to be put down. I was so sad. Another good memory about cats is in the summer of 2023 my Mom told my brother Caleb and I that we were getting two new kittens! I got my cat in twenty minutes and Caleb got his in twenty seconds. Mine was named Wanda who is hyper. And Caleb’s is named Mouse who is calm. When you walk into my home you will see nice, caring people. On Christmas break 2022 my parents called a family meeting. My family was breaking up. My family is everything to me. My Dad was moving out and my parents got a divorce. And now I have two new homes and I hate it. I still have lots of love in both of my homes. In my homes there is so much music everywhere. Make sure if you have a mansion you don’t show it off to people. Just be grateful you have such a nice home. That is what happened in my homes and what my homes mean to me.
