HOME TO ME

Home is the place that my family stays together. When I hear my sister’s beautiful piano, it brings a warmth to my heart. When I smell my dad’s extraordinary cooking, my mouth starts watering. And when I feel my mom’s strong embracements, a flame appears in the darkness. That’s why home is the best place I can be. Home is where I am beautifully cared for. When I hear my mom yell << cookies are ready!! >> my heart illuminates. Or when my dad told me he bought the tickets to the concert. And when my sister Gabi hangs out with me and gives me big bear hugs, it feels amazing. Happy, Outgoing, Magical. Home is where I can be warm on frosty days. With the heater on, I can snuggle up to anyone. And with the roof over my head, the heat stays in. With the heat staying in, I can have amazing fun! Home keeps me warm.
