Home

The meaning of home to me is sitting by the fireplace chatting and laughing with my family. When I think of home I think of my sisters fighting with each other. Home is where I feel safe and well cared for. When I am at home I smell my mom making delicious, warm and fresh cookies. Home is where I can practice sports, brainstorm ideas and do all kinds of different activities. Home is the place I stay in when I am feeling nervous, scared, excited, worried, happy or sad. Home is where I have a roof over my head when it rains, a bed to sleep in when it's cold, warm or both. I also have food and water to keep me healthy. In my home I have a family that loves and takes care of me. Home is where I can be myself and it can help me when times get hard. My family will always be with me. When I am at home I can hear crying, yelling and laughing, but when my sisters are crying and fighting it still feels like home. Home is also where I can relax and not really care about anything. Home is where I can share and tell stories. Home is where I can make lots and lots of memories with my family, friends and also with myself. THANK YOU!!!: )
