The Meaning Of Home

Home is a place I feel welcome and loved no matter what. When I am at home, I know I am safe, and will have a warm, loving greeting every time I walk in the door. It is the place where memories are made, and time is spent with my family talking, playing games and having dinner together. I feel the most comfortable at home because I am familiar with every room, and no matter how crazy my day was, the stability makes me calm. Home is Friday movie nights, Christmas dinners, playing outside, and eating popsicles on the front porch. It is putting my laundry away, making my bed, helping set the table for dinner, and decorating for the holidays. It is knowing that we all work together to create a place where we are the happiest.
