What Home Means to Me

Home is a gentle place where we belong, no hatred, only love. Imagine a place like that, that's what you call home. Home is a place where you can do what you want without any rules, as long as you don't hurt yourself or anything. Home is a place where you can relax all day. Home is a place where you can have fun. Home is a place with love and kindness. A house is a building with walls and a roof. A home feels comforting and loving. A home looks like a smile in every place. Home is like eating rice when everyone is eating cereal. Home is like hearing grandma say “You hungry? You want some rice”. Home is like going somewhere you know you’ll have sweet sweet comfort and lying down on the couch feeling that relaxation is priceless. Home is a space where you can be yourself knowing that no one will judge you. Every home is different. A house becomes a home the more memories you have in it. A home doesn't need to have a roof or walls. As long as you are happy, that's a home. A house is a cube with a triangle on it. A home is different from a house.
