Home
Home is where I can see my family to give me warm hugs. It is where I see my room where there are all my toys and stuffies. Home is where you can see a table that holds our food on it to enjoy with your family.
Home is where I can smell my mother's cooking, where she makes her amazing soup. It is where I can smell the burning of the warm wood fire. It is where I can smell my wet clothes from playing outside in the snow.
Home is where I can taste my delicious food at the table that fills my tummy up. It is where I can taste the delicious juice with toast at breakfast time.
In my home I touch my warm blanket which helps me sleep at night. Home is where I can touch my dog who makes me happy after a difficult day. It is where I can touch my toys and play with them when I come home from school.
In my home I can hear my dog barking at the birds outside. I can hear laughing from a funny movie or game night. I can also hear the wise and happy words from my family members, giving me advise for the future that I will overcome.
As you can see, home means a lot to me there's so much love, respect, and advise in a home. Every day when I come home from school or sports I'm always greeted with the safety and warmth by my home. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for helping many people who can't have a home get one.
