The Meaning of Home

Where is it empty but mostly not? Where has almost everything you need? What has only love, friendship and peace? HOME! Home to me is my cuddly and endearing German Shepherd and steamed rice with beef and carrots. Home to me is my sister. Home to me is love and peace. Home is full of enchantment and warmth. Home to me is my home-made chocolate chip cookies and sponge cake with frosting and gummy bears. Home is where I belong. Home is a place with family, friends and love. Sometimes empty but mostly not and full of comradeship and satisfaction too. The meaning of home is family, friends, or anyone you have a relationship with. Home is also the clinking sound of the metal pots, cups and pans, and the sumptuous, captivating, smell of the rice maker making steamed rice. My dwelling is also my mom and dad cooking the scrumptious garlic roasted potatoes and the mouth watering lasagna. My home is also my extraordinary bed and soft couch. While I leaned back while laying down on my bed, I thought about home and how it is the most important and wonderful thing in the world.
