2075 Subtitle:Not just a number

My home is a safe place A shelter one can’t replace. My home is full of care, The right amount of space to share. Love abounds, Hugs all-round. From walls to floors and old doors, And big shelves from furniture stores, My home is where I start and end the day; Where I sleep, eat and play. It smells like eggs and coffee in the morning; And cooked rice in the evening. My home is where I rest, After a day of completing life quests. A place of retreat, I can comfortably put up my feet. My home is a safe environment, Where I receive no judgment, (Except for when I don’t clean my room) My bedroom is where I write. Hours I spend there. Morning, afternoon, and even, at night, In my big spinning chair. I can be myself, no need to pretend; Home brings content. My home is full of laughter; It’s also full of family clutter. Toys and video games galore, You should see my high score. Legos and crumbs on the floor, Walking on them makes my feet sore. My home is where I grow up, With roots deep in my brought up. My family is home, I will never feel alone. No matter where I be, I’ll look at 2075 with glee, Because I know that I will always return… Back Home.
