MEANING OF HOME

Home means love, joy and happiness. My home is located in Mississauga, Ontario. I live with my parents, elder sister and my caring grandparents. My grandparents come to live with us every year for about 6 months and I love it. My parents immigrated to Canada the same year I was born. Canada is the first home that I remember living in. At home, I have fun with my sister and we celebrate birthdays, special events and religious holidays with lots of friends and family visiting us. My favorite room is the movie theatre I have created. I sneak away there to watch movies and documentaries. When I am at home, I feel safe. I know when I come home, I will be protected and I have a caring family who will stand by me through everything. Sometimes, We have serious, important conversations at the kitchen island as well. Our loving home is a place to eat, a happy place to live and laugh made by my joyful parents. A house is built with wood, stones and metal. But a home is created by the family that lives in it and the love they have for each other. That love and care is always there in MY HOME.
