The Real Definition of Home

Home isn’t what the dictionary says it is: “a home where one lives,”. It’s not a place it’s a feeling, the feeling of love and comfort. Home is the definition you give it. For me it’s driving with my family going anywhere whether it’s a house, a hotel, a cabin, a relative, a landmark, but it doesn’t matter where we’re going as long as we’re together. For me home is also my cottage where we sing by the roaring fire, play at the lively playground, and swim in the tranquil lake, but it doesn’t matter as long as we’re together. In conclusion, the meaning of home is a diverse thing, it’s different for everyone. However, one thing stays the same, home is where the heart is.
