Home is a Special Place

If home were a sight, it would be my dog playing with a stick. My family is playing board games together in the living room. If home were a smell, it would be me and my mom baking brownies with chocolate chips inside them. After the brownies are done we put whip cream on top of the brownies. If home were a taste, it would be eating cookies. drinking hot chocolate over the campfire. If home were a sound, it would be laughter and giggles surrounding the camp fire. My dog barking in the morning because she is so happy to see me. If home were a touch, it would be petting my dog when I get back from school. And brushing my sister's hair before we go to school. When I think of my home it makes me feel happy that I have a home. My dog is always waiting for me when I get back home. Home makes me feel safe. Thank You to Habitat for Humanity for giving people a safe home. A home with love for everyone in this world. A place where they can sleep.
