Meaning of Home

Home is a place where you make memories, meet with friends and family, and where you feel love and give love. Home is where the heart is, where your family and loved ones are. Home is in your heart and is there to stay. A house can be broken but a home cannot and no matter where you are, home will always stay the same. To me home is where my mom's cooking fills the air with laughter and joy spreading everywhere. I am grateful for a safe place to sleep and for the roof over my head that many people don't have. I am grateful for the food on my plate and the chairs and the tables, so I don't have to eat on the floor. I am grateful for everything I have and my family who love me so much. Home is a safe and happy place where everyone should feel included and loved. Thank you to Habitat for Humanity for building homes for those in need.
