What home means to me

Home is not a place with four walls and a roof over my head. It is a place to build memories with my family. My home is in Hamilton, and it the most peaceful place on earth for me because it has my family living in it. I live with my mom, dad, and two sisters. My home is where I play, laugh, learn, and grow. Home is where I find happiness too. A home is a place that gives comfort to everyone. Home is where I find comfort, peace, freedom, joy, safety, and warmth. My home protects me and family whether it is cold or hot and ensures our safety. A size of a home does not matter, it can be small or big, as long as it is, cozy, safe and comfortable for the family living in it. I know a lot of people don’t have a home in Hamilton and it makes me feel even more grateful to have a home and a loving family. To me a home is more than just a house. Much like every lucky person, I also have a home and a loving family. Spending quality time with loved ones and creating happy memories is truly what makes a home a home. After all, home is where my heart is.
