What Home Means To Me

Home sounds like my Mom and I watching tv and the soft purring of our cats. Home feels like the softness of my favorite blanket and the warmth and safety of my house. Home tastes like my mom’s homemade pizza and my dad’s chili. Home smells like lavender and pasta. Home is where you feel happiness and joy. Home is where you make memories and have fun with family and friends. Home is not just a building but a place you feel safe and welcome. Home is where love is and as long as you have love you have a home. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for building home’s for people who don’t have one.
