The Meaning of Home

Home is a place that you feel safe. One time when I was at my cabin there was a tornado, and I was really scared because I was by myself. My dad, my sister, and my brother were getting the boat back in the boathouse, so I was all alone. and a couple minutes after they left there, was thunder and lightning. A couple minutes after that there was hail the size of tennis balls and the lights went out. I was even more scared than before but at the same time I also felt safe because my cabin feels like home. Home is a place where you can be yourself and feel safe and loved. That’s why I think that everyone who needs a house should get one that they can call home. The End
