Home

A home is a place that gives comfort to everyone. A home is filled with love and life. If you have this, you are an incredibly lucky person. I have a home and a loving family. With my home essay, I will take you through what my home is like and how much it means to me. I have a beautiful home with my loving brother, my bookworm sister, and two of the best parents in the world! Did you know there are about 2000 homeless people in Hamilton? I have decided that when I am in high school all my volunteer hours will go to helping all those people sleeping on the road. Back home in Nigeria, we see so many homeless people (like it is here), but even more than you can imagine. I always try to help them by giving them money and buying them food and clothes with blankets to keep warm. I did this when I was just 6,7, and 8 years old. All I want is to help anyone I see who needs help. I want to create more to help all those who cannot help themselves. I want to make a difference in their lives. I want to be their source of light. I want to be their hope. I want to be their angel. I want to be their helper and their friend. Most children are not born into wealthy families, but some are. Some wish they were born into wealthy families. If your children are always asking for unnecessary things, try to teach them to remember the people who do not have anything – and just give to them. Please help any homeless people you see, just like an organization called Habitat for Humanity which provides homes for many people with no home. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity Canada.
