My Meaning of Home

A house and a home are two very different things because a house is just a building where we live but our home is where we feel safe and happy. My home is a little different from other people’s, I feel at home when I'm on a turf field with cold air surrounding me, bundled up warm but not with a jacket, in my favourite jersey with my parents and teammates parents on the bleachers talking to each other. When I'm with my teammates on the field playing around with each other giggling softly, 1v1 ,2v2 whatever we want to play, in a circle juggling with the ball around having so much fun, then the parents want to join so we start a 7v7 parents vs kids. The sound of the ball hitting the back of the net and hitting the ground, the feeling of doing a skill perfectly getting around the player with ease making them look silly on the ground, perfect slide tackles, without anyone getting hurt. It feels perfect, it's impossible to feel any happier anywhere else except at home. the feeling of being safe because my parents are there but having fun with friends playing the sport that is my most favourite thing other than my parents of course .I will never forget the feeling of home and how much joy being with my home brings me.
