In my opinion my house is the best home in Orangeville because we are welcoming, understanding and safe. An example of when my home was welcoming is when I asked my parents if my friend that they weren't familiar with could come over and they said yes and when she came over then welcomed her with love and respect. Another example of when my parents were understanding is when I was having a really bad day my parents acknowledged that and comforted me and let me have a day to me. Lastly, my house is warm and safe and the reason I feel that way is because whenever I come home from school or a friend's house I don't have to worry about my family being rude towards me. In conclusion my house is a home because my family is understanding, safe and welcoming and those are my three reasons why my house is a home.
