What home means to me

By Layla Moran My home is not just 4 walls and a roof. My home is where my dad is sitting on the couch watching football, my mom is calling us for dinner, me and my brother are playing on our phones. My house is full of happiness, memories and joy. People think it’s just an ordinary home but they're wrong, it's my fantastic home. My home is full of me and my brothers hockey and basketball gear and a bunch of other sports gear. My home is full of friends coming and going. My home is full of my bunny and cats running around the house. My home is where I celebrate my birthday, accomplishments, excitement and much more. Home to me is a safe place when you are feeling down or up. Home is where me and my brother are fighting with each other making so much racket in the house. Home is a place where you can be yourself. That is what home means to me.
