The Meaning of Home

Home is not where you live, but where you belong. It’s also who you live with and how you feel. In my home, I feel loved and safe. My home is warm, cozy and calm. The energy is peaceful and delightful. Home is where you make lots of memories. Some memories can be happy, fun and exciting, others can be sad, bad or angry. Either way, you will have them all with you anywhere you go. In my home, I live with my mom, dad, brother, and my two dogs. I am very grateful to have a home. Almost 1.3 million people in Canada don't have homes, but thanks to Habitat for Humanity this number is likely to be less in the future.
