Home is Love

Home is a positive place where you can relax, be yourself, and feel safe with your family. Home is like a bird song on a cool sunny day. It is where I can lay down on the couch near the fireplace all snug in a blanket. Home is where I can relax in my bed and dream big happy thoughts while having a great big rest. Home is where I can go outside in the garage and shoot pucks every day. Home is that spot in front of the fireplace where I held my cat for the last time. Home is that corner in my closet that holds my secrets. Home is where I live with my family. It is where there’s food on the table when you get home from school. Home is where you can celebrate with family and friends on holidays. At home I have a sister that can make me laugh every time I am sad. Home is not just doors and a roof, it’s peace and love.
