What Makes My House a Home? By Sophia G What makes my house a home? We are adventurous and playful, we engage each other and we spend quality time together. My first reason is we are adventurous and playful. We play adventure games and explore the “deep woods” while wearing helmets and carrying flashlights and Nerf guns and let our imaginations run wild! My second reason is we engage each other. When everyone gets home, we talk about what we did that day. When we eat dinner, we talk about what we are grateful for while enjoying our parents' delicious meals. Finally, we spend a lot of quality time together. We cuddle up on the couch with our fuzzy blankets and watch movies while eating homemade popcorn that our parents made. Without a doubt my house is the best home because we play together, we engage with each other, and spend quality time together. I feel safe and valued in my home.
