The Meaning of Home

Home is not just a place with four walls and a roof and It is not just a place where we sleep and fool around. It’s more than the bricks and the floors, It’s a place where we spend time with our families which is called family time. Home is where memories, drawings and paintings are made, Where kids and adults laugh and were love never ends. It's where we find comfort and peace, Where worries and stress can go away. Home is where we are surrounded by love and family, Where we are given a push and a shove. It's where we are taught right from wrong, Where we learn to be strong, protective and helpful. Home is where my family is, my grandma, my dad, my aunt and my cousin, where love is shared and bonds are very strong, and memories are made with the ones we love the most. Home is where my cousin's confidence and my dad's helpful words guide me to follow my dreams. Home is where me and my cousin fight a lot but we help each other when we need help. Home is where we celebrate holidays and special occasions making traditions and creating memories that will last more than you would ever think. Home is where we feel safe and secure, with the ones we hold in are heart, where love is The foundation and family. Home has a chain of love that never ends, it is across the whole world you can try to stop love and if you do we still have family and family is a love that you can never stop. Home is more than just a house. It is a place for family, friends, pets or even a turtle! To me home smells like fresh homemade banana bread. I get reminded of home whenever I bake banana bread with my aunt. Home feels safe, cozy, warm and hurtful sometimes. It is a place where me and my cousin play video games a lot. To me home tastes like homemade food and warm pizza. My home sounds like my cousin playing his video games and screaming everyday but my home is a very big part of me though! Home can be tall or small but no matter what size it is just be grateful that you have a home because some people don’t even have homes so instead of being negative be positive. Home is a place where I help my family clean their rooms, It’s where I help my parents clean the house for a Christmas party, birthday party and a new years party. Home is peace, love, family, and hope. I’m only doing this so someone can get a home because I think everyone deserves to have a home so they can be warm, cozy and have a shelter.
