Meaning of Home

Home isn’t just a place where families stay at night. It's a place that keeps us safe from the cold and harmful things at night. Home isn't a place where we fight with siblings. It's a place for when we spend loving family time with each other, when me and my sister play board games and my dad vacuums the house because he has a problem! And when my mom makes her famous sweet potato bars mmmhhh… To me home is a place where we have holidays, game times, hang out, eat, sleep, get fed, and so much more and that is what home means to me! So really home is all of these things in one, and as one they are all home. That's what home means to me. Home is great and a place I never wanna leave. I love the warm cozy feeling I get when I'm there! I smell my moms cooking so warm it makes me wanna dance in a taco blanket. I love the feeling of the soft cozy blanket as I lie on the couch with my father. These things are the warmest times I get in my house. That's what home means to me.
