The Meaning of Home

At home is where my soul doth lie, The waves of joy pass by and by, Submerged in the warmth of this lovely estate, At my home there’s ne’er any hate. At home I curl up in my bed, I fall to sleep nodding my head, My parent’s joy outdoes the sun, Their kindness is shown to everyone! I love my parents very much, They show me love, joy, patience and such, I don’t want to ever leave them behind, Because they are extremely kind. At home is where I’m fully calm, I work happily with my dad and mom, To me my home means family, And that is where I want to be. Habitat For Humanity, Helps many people, can’t you see? I’m glad it gives people a place, May it be filled with warmth and grace.
