No Place I'd Rather Be

Home is like your survival bunker during a storm, or a tornado. Home is like a warm blanket hugging you after playing in the cold , freezing snow. Home is not just a building somewhere in the neighborhood, home is a spiritual place. It doesn't matter where you are, whether you're in the forest, or in the cold Arctic. It matters where you're most comfortable. For example, I (theoretically) have 3 homes; my house, my grandma's house and my grandpa's house. All of those places make me feel like I’m getting a warm, snuggly hug from the fluffiest thing in the world! They’re all places that I feel safe and protected. Have you ever felt small, and not safe whatsoever in a restaurant, or your parents' friend's house and you were forced to go? Well, I have, and I have a trick to feel good. I would close my eyes, and think of the most comfortable place or moment in my home. So for example, I think of me and my dog chilling on the couch, watching on my tablet a show about dogs, and relaxing the body and mind. That’s what’s so great about home, getting to be in your happy place and relaxing without a worry on your mind. To conclude this paragraph, there really is no place I would rather be.
