Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is making memories with the people I love and a place where I can be me. A home is where you can make memories with those you love. Home is feeling all the feels. Home is being with your family and making long lasting memories with your family. I hope Habitat for humanity can make lots of houses for people to turn into their own homes. Home is about making memories with the people you love. Like when I have sleepovers with my friends and we stay up late watching scary movies. Home to me going in the pool with my family and my brother jumping in making a big splash. Waking up on fathers day and making my dad a coffee. When I wake up on my birthday being so excited to open gifts and eat cake. Getting ready for acro in my bedroom. When I get home turning on my led lights and taking funny photos. Home is seeing your dog so happy getting sun from the window. One of they many things that home means to me is making memories with the people Home is a place where I feel safe and comfortable. When I get home I feel really safe and really calm because I know I'm protected. When in my home I feel happy, especially when I'm with my family. When I'm home I feel cozy and warm in my soft bed. In my home i love to do cartwheels and sometimes outside in the freezing cold when it's sunny with my boots on or even my shoes.when i get home and open my home i feel safe. The feeling of eating dinner on your island well sitting on your squeaky stools. When i am home i feel safe and protected by the walls Seeing my skis in the front entrance, I remember going skiing with my family when my mom and I baked delicious baked goods like banana bread,cake,cupcakes and lots more. Going Christmas shopping with my mom. Home to me is me and my brother playing soccer on my front lawn and we would use screwdrivers as nets. My brother and I are going in the pool and him making a gigantic splash. When my brother and dad and I went camping we would watch funny movies. I believe that home is wherever your family is! What home is to me is making memories with my family and friends and just a place where I can feel all of the feels. Home to me means making long lasting memories that are fun and exciting to think about. When I think of home I think of how I feel when I'm home. Home to me means me and my family together. I hope by writing this essay Habitat for humanity can make many houses for families to turn into their own home and I hope it will be a home like this.
