What Home Means to Me

I wake up every morning to a familiar sound My cats are begging and waiting around Once they are fed I get out of bed I get dressed I brush the hair on my head Soon I start to make my bed When I'm done I put my hair in a bun I see my cats play and run I think they are having too much fun I always see my mom in the hall Greeting me on the ball As I eat something tickles my feet my sister comes up to eat I always have my family around Even when I'm feeling down When I'm done my feet touch the ground As my cats eat their lunch I wash the dishes in a bunch Then the sun starts to set Soon the moon you have met I see my family watching a movie Soon enough some of us are sleeping, we all start walking When I crawl into bed I ley down my sleepy head, My family is all sung I hear my cats on my rug, And off goes my head to a place full of love, wounderus, and happiness where my family and pets await me. And if I can't sleep no need to weep I have my whole family with me Through every up and down I know my family with be around. I always wake up at night I see my cats in a fight I snuggle up in my twin bed And again I rest my sleepy head And that's what home means to me.
