There is no place like home

A home is a place filled with love and laughter, And a place that you’re sometimes looking after. When you feel a warm hug you get filled with joy, And perhaps the next day you’ll be playing with a toy. When you taste the cookies that your grandma always bakes, You will feel what love can truly make. When you hear the birds chirping after getting out of bed, All the bad thoughts will get out of your head. When you open your window and smell the fresh air, You might feel the wind blowing through your hair. When you look at your family and on their faces there’s a smile, You feel like you could walk with one for miles. When you don’t have a life like this, it can get really sad. But remember, not everything stays bad.
