What Home Means To Me

A home is a place to love and to live. My home includes a loving family and a roof over my head. My loving family does some very fun stuff together like play board games and mini sticks. My family includes my siblings Cedar and Caleb, my dog Cally and my parents Mama and Papa. My home feels comfortable, joyful and happy to me. I really like the feeling of home because it brings joy to my heart. My home also brings happiness to my family and my dog. One or two things a home should not feel like are uncomfortable, wrong and unhappy. What I mean by wrong is like not good or bad. I would not like these feelings when I’m in or at home. Back to the better stuff now. A home is important to me in many different ways, but I am going to tell you just one of those ways. It gives me protection or shelter when I need it. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for doing this contest to help people in need of a home. That is what home means to me.
