My Family

My family is nice, fun, and active. My family is giving. I have a mom and a dad and a sister. They are fun, fun, FUN! They are special, and I also have two cats. I am lucky to have a family, and you are, too! My family lives in a home all together. A sound in my house is the word, “Meow!” Every single morning, I wake up to this very annoying sound, as my cat jumps into my bed. When I wake up, I hear the coffee pot, because my Dad has to make coffee every single day. In my house, I smell my Mom’s amazing cooking. It smells so good. I also smell my mom’s cookies. I also smell the fruit, like bananas and apples. My favourite things to taste are my Mom’s cookies and my Mom’s banana bread. Home is a place where we clean. I smell my shampoo. It smells like peaches. I also smell the laundry detergent. My favourite part about laundry is taking clothes out of the dryer and folding them. We do this every morning on the weekend. I am glad my family has a home, and I am glad my family can work, and hopefully yours can, too. My family is a kind family, and we like to give, and we love others and each other.
