What Home Means to Me

Home means a place where you can feel a sense of comfort and love, everything is just how you left it, no surprises. Meanwhile, outside in public, you are always going to have that feeling of being judged. That's why anything can happen, that's why it's important to stay on your toes. Home means that you can have a safe place to talk and you know you won’t be judged because the people in your home always will help you no matter what. What makes a home is a loving family by your side and you know will always have your back. You need a foundation to make a home but not a physical foundation, a foundation that was built by your family's ups and downs and the happy times will sit in that foundation for a long time and it will always be loved. Home can change throughout life whether you change it up and give it a renovation but no matter how much you change the memories that make the home will always be lived within the walls. When you build a home you need a foundation which will hold it all together then you will need walls. These walls will give you a sense of structure and then you will need a roof once you have all these things you have a house you will just need the final ingredient “Love.” My home was built by my parents and it took a whole year but it is worth the wait because of the memories I've shared, it can go on but my favourite thing that always makes me smile is knowing that all of the memories will be bundled up right there no matter what family is in it.
