Home is Home

Home is not just any house. Home is filled with love, joy, peace, and laughter. Home is also warm with hugs and kisses. Home is a place where you can also serve the Lord. Home is also a place to share and have fun together. It is also a place to make cookies, brownies, cake or even pizza. Home can also sound like different things like moms cooking, dogs barking or cats meowing. Home can also smell like different things. It can smell like candles, soap or even laundry but that does not matter, it just matters if you have a home friend's family and love for them. There are lots of charities for the homeless or people in need. You can donate money, food, books, even toys for children and adults all over the world. You can also help build homes for the homeless or people in need of a home. You can also give them a place in your house. The whole purpose of this is to be nice and kind. Some families have family fun nights or game nights. In my family we have hockey night and on this night we all get together and watch hockey games. My community once had a family fun night at a school and there would be fun games and a little tunnel for the kids and the families to get together. The school also has some fun things like family fires and also family scavenger hunts and the families all get together. That is what home means to me.
