When I was 4 and lived in the Philippines my mom and dad went to Singapore to make more money. When we dropped them off at the airport I was crying for 5 hours. I lived in a tiny house with my grandparents who had to take care of me for 4 months. When my parents came back we went to Canada. I was happy that they didn't leave me like last time. My mom and dad still had to work to make more money so we lived with my dad’s auntie and uncle. My mom and dad were still really busy trying to make more money. My dad worked at Seafood City and my mom worked at a hotel. Then one day when my dad came home he said something really surprising. He said he became the manager. At that time I did not know what being a manager meant so I just went to sleep. When my dad became the manager we started making more and more money. After 5 months my mom got an unexpected call from my dad. He said “HE BOUGHT A HOUSE”?!?!?! Me and my family were speechless. At last we had a place to call our own and they would never have to leave me again.
