My house is a home

A house is not a home. A house is just a place with four walls and a roof. A home is a place with love, kindness and care. Home is a place where you laugh and share. Home is a place to make memories of the fun that you had. It's a place where you eat, sleep and dream big. A home has people that can take care of you. A home has people that you trust. A home has pets that you can snuggle with at night if you're scared. A home is where you hide from storms. It's where you build forts with your siblings. Home is where your parents read books to you when you go to bed. Home is where you feel safe. Home is where you smile and laugh. Home is where you take your first steps. It's where you say your first words. Home is where you try new things and learn new things. It's where you learn from your mistakes.
