Home

A home is a safe place to be. I love to do art at my home. It is also a spot to be loved. My home is where my bed is, it's where me and my best friends hang out, it's where my mom is. I feel safe when I'm at home. It's where I have dinner and where I love to read. In 2021, I moved far away from my friends and my dad... it was a little hard to be far away, but it got easier when I made some new friends named: Charlie, Ava and Ellaure. They made my years a lot better and we did a lot of things together. They helped me through hard times. In 2022, in the summer, I moved back to Orangeville. It was hard leaving my old friends, but I got to see all my old friends from Orangeville. I also got to make some new ones again. All my friends names are Emersyn, but we call her Em, Rachel and me are best friends. I was glad I could see them. I still miss my other friends, but I keep in touch, so it's ok. I still feel sad when I don't see them but I'm happy with my friend from Orangeville. It's 2023 now and I'm still in Orangeville, but it's been hard, but my friend Em is here for me, so that cheers me up. All my friends, my family and my house... these are my homes and they make me feel safe. A home is a home, no where else is home but them.
