The Meaning of Home

Home is where I feel safe, and home is like a warm blanket. Home is like when you see your friends. When I’m far away from home I feel sick. In my future I want to have the same feeling as the house that I grew up in. When I feel sad, I have my family in the house. When I’m left alone in my house it feels empty like a baren desert far away. Or a faraway island in the ocean and the nearest humans are in space. When family comes home it feels like a dream that could never end. My dad went away for a week, and it felt lonely having no one to talk to and no one to make the corny jokes it feels like the dream ended. He left and when people leave my house It feels empty like an empty ocean or like an abandoned house left there to rot and no one in it until a family a turned it back up with colors so that’s what home means to me and it never disappoint me ever even if it sells, I will have the memories. From that house the amazing one with my dad my mom and my sister that’s why homes are so important it's not only a place to live it's also a place where to make happy memories.
