HOME

HOME What home means to me Home is not just four walls and one roof home It is where my family and friends are. Home is where I make joyful memories And spend lots of time with my family. Home is not where I feel sad or scared, Home is where I am happy or glad. Being protected and loved is where my home is. All homes are different but welcoming too. At home I can be me, At home I can be free. Being protected or safe means the same thing Home and house do not mean the same thing. Home can be anywhere there is a feeling of care. My home cannot be broken, it cannot be stolen. My home has a heart of treasure And that treasure is my pleasure. My home may not always be peaceful but my home has love for everyone that will never end. After a long day, home is where I sleep and play. I do not know what other people think of home But that is what home means to me. Thank you Habitat for Humanity For giving me this Opportunity To help communities.
