My House is a Home

My home means so much to me because I’ve lived there nearly my whole life. So here are 5 reasons why my house is a home. First, I see a lot of beautiful portraits of me and my family. One of my favorite portraits is one with me and my family up in the CN tower in Toronto. Secondly, I feel my comfortable couch when it keeps me warm and cozy. If i didn’t have a couch then i would be freezing cold in my house! Next, I taste my Mom and Dads beautiful and great cooking! There's this one food that I love from my Mom and Dad which is called adobo. It is from the Philippines and it has chicken, boiled eggs and rice. Then, I smell my house’s beautiful smell. The places in my house that smell the best are the kitchen because of the delicious food, my room because my Dad cleans it every once in a while. Finally, I hear me, my Brother and my Dad laughing and having fun while playing dominos. We play dominos every Friday or Saturday and we have a lot of fun together! I always win against them even when my Dad was the one that taught me how to play dominos! I will always love my house as a home, no matter what it will stay in my heart.
