What Home Means to Me

Home to me means three things: my needs are met, I have family and a place to sleep. Home is a special place where I'm close to family.Family is what makes my house a home where we can have fun together. When I'm sad or lonely my family is there for me. My family cares for me so when I think of them it makes me happy. With out family my house would not feel the same. That’s why family makes a home. Home does not just mean family it also means my needs are met. At home I can eat without worrying about where my food comes from. When I’m thirsty I always have water. At home I have a roof over my head so I’m protected and I don't have to worry. When my needs are met I feel at home. Home is a special place where I have a good spot to sleep. When I’m tired or sleepy I’m able to rest when I need to. I have a comfortable bed so when I wake up I feel energized and ready. Also I can sleep in peace and feel happy when I sleep. When I’m sleeping it feels like a big warm hug that reminds me of home. Now that you know that home to me means family,my needs are met and sleep.
