My House is a Home

There’s no other place I would rather be than my home. Here's why! First, my home means so much to me because I have a family that if I have a very bad day they will always make me feel better. For example, they will give me a nice hug and it always makes me feel very loved. Secondly, I have two dogs that I can snuggle with and one of my dogs comes on the couch and snuggles with me when I am watching a movie. It makes me feel great! Also, I love when me and my family have a movie night. We have popcorn, chocolate and more. I love when we have a movie night because I get to spend time with my family. The fourth thing that makes my home feel like home is my family because I have a brother to play with, a mom and dad who do a lot for me and a Mimi who’s the best. She’s the best because when I feel upset about her cancer she says she’s getting better. It makes me feel good! I also have my own bed and my dad comes and snuggle with me before I go to bed. It also makes me feel like an angel. Another reason is my mom’s cooking. It always smells very yummy and good. My favourite is when she makes croissants and blueberries. That is why there’s no other place I would rather be than home.
