Feeling of Home

Home is a feeling not a building. home to me is a feeling that can't be moved from one place to another. If you move to a new place in life you lose that feeling you have with your original home but as long as you feel happy you can make a new feeling of home.Throwing snowballs with my friends and feeling the cold snow in my hand is what being home is all about. Playing sports and feeling usually cold, crisp, and humid air this makes me feel at home.The sound of my dogs nails clicking around my house on the hardwood floor making a pleasant click clack.The sweet and warm smell of baked goods coming from my kitchen spreading throughout my house when my mom is backing.The sight of snow in the cold air brings joy.The feeling of eating a warm fresh cooked meal and the flavor spreading within my mouth is one of my favorite joys about home.Home is where you can sleep in peace a warm cozy kind of peace.Home is where you can be yourself and you won't be judged on how you act.the calm,cozy and comforting embrace of sitting on my couch and watching movies with my family.Playing catch with a football in my front yard and breathing the fresh air and feeling the grass tickling at my ankles.Being able to make my favorite meal mac n cheese is such a great feeling that lets me know that i'm home.the constant whines and begging noises echo throughout my kitchen when my family and I are eating.This is the great feeling of home.
