The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home to me is family. My family comforts me. Sitting on the sofa snuggled up with my mom in a blanket. Playing a board game with my dad. Playing video games with my annoying stinky brother. This is what home means to me. The characteristics of my family welcomes me. Their emotions determine how I feel and how my personality is. Part of the meaning of home to me is the safety of my physical house structure. The walls, The roof, and the door lock. I love my room. It's my private place of safety, but no matter the house, the meaning of home to me is the same. I love my moms desserts, cookies and cake. My parents keep my brother and I healthy. The meaning of home to me is friends supporting me, with me. I love my friends and family, so that is why they represent the meaning of home to me.
